The Puppy Channel(R) Taking Bids for Major Ownership

CHANNEMALS LLC seeks investors, programmers and/or producers for management and development of thepuppychannel.com(R) and other properties.

March 6, 2012, Clearwater, FL — A recent offer from a network TV producer has prompted CHANNEMALS LLC to seek bids for a significant partnership including a major ownership position.

The online presence of The Puppy Channel(R) at thepuppychannel.com(R) was built with investment of funding and services by high-level professionals in media and finance.

New partners are sought for funding and video production, concept and site development, marketing, planning and merchandising services.

The Puppy Channel was created to entertain its audience with cute, sweet, fun and funny puppy video and interaction — and to develop revenue streams involving advertising, content, applications, products and market information for its owners.

In addition to puppies, CHANNEMALS(SM) domain ownership and copyrights provide many spin-off opportunities targeted at people who love pets.

American Pet Products Association statistics taken from the 2011-2012 APPA National Pet Owners Survey show that 46.3 million U.S. households provide homes for 78.2 million dogs, and 38.9 million have 86.4 million cats. APPA estimates $50.84 billion was spent on U.S. pets in 2011, up $2.49 billion.

The ComScore 2012 US Digital Future in Focus report states that 105 million Americans watch videos online every day, up 43% over 2010, and averaging 1.45 billion videos a day in December 2011.

The recent launching of DogTV, along with perennial success of Discovery Network’s Puppy Bowl, provides further indication of the power of CHANNEMALS concepts to draw in large audiences, given the inclusion of substantial investors and development partners.

Founder and CEO Dan FitzSimons stated, “We’ve had some brilliant people make contributions to the CHANNEMALS business, but it’s time to put somebody else in charge.”

Thepuppychannel.com offers three kinds of video to save viewers’ search-time, including curation of “the best on the web” puppy footage, user-generated content, and professional productions. Merchandise includes an Amazon pet products store, logo- and dog-art clothing, and original video & music.

Partnership candidates with substantial resources and a serious interest are invited to respond, confidentially if desired, by email to fitz@thepuppychannel.com or by writing to CHANNEMALS LLC, P.O. Box 14103, Clearwater FL 33766.

Web TV Interview

Also, we have a VIDEO of the CHANNEMALS(SM) founder talking about long-term plans for The Puppy Channel®.

Warning: It’s 8 minutes long. And he sings the “Puppies, Puppies, Puppies” jingle in the first few minutes. (You might want to fast-forward through that.)

Among other things, he talks about The Puppy Channel on TV, which could really happen — after you’ve made us a big hit on the Internet!
